TÖRGGELEN
Törggelen is a traditional moment of conviviality in the Eisaktal/Val d'Isarco and Burggrafenamt/Burgraviato, but nowadays it is widespread throughout the whole province of Bolzano because Törggelen means company, joy, sharing.
What could be nicer than an Autumn excursion on the mountain paths of the Matschertal/Val di Mazia and ending the day with a tasting of the new wine, typical products such as Speck, local cheeses and roasted chestnuts?
